A 24-hour window of messaging with one customer. Marketing, Utility, Authentication, and Service each count separately.

Yes. Your subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
How does the AI chatbot pricing work?
The AI Chatbot add-on is bundled with Growth and Advanced plans. Each plan includes a monthly AI message quota — additional usage is charged at conversation rates.
What about GST?
GST (18%) is added on top of the platform fee for Indian customers. Conversation costs are billed at the listed rates.
