How to request removal of your personal data from our platform.

Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by AIWhatsApp at any time. This includes your account information, WhatsApp Business Account credentials, contact lists, message history, and billing records.

How to Request Deletion

You can request data deletion in one of the following ways:

  • From your dashboard — Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This immediately schedules your account and all associated data for deletion.
  • By email — Send a request to privacy@aionechat.comfrom the email address associated with your account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, password hash)
  • Connected WhatsApp Business Account tokens and credentials
  • All message history stored on our platform
  • Contact lists and broadcast history
  • Automation rules and chatbot configurations
  • Template submissions and approval history

What We May Retain

We may retain certain data for up to 90 days after a deletion request for backup integrity and fraud prevention purposes. We may also retain billing records and transaction logs for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

Third-Party Data

Deleting your AIWhatsApp account does not automatically remove data held by Meta (WhatsApp), Razorpay, or other third-party services you have connected. You must contact those services separately to request deletion of data they hold.

Response Time

We will confirm receipt of your deletion request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.
